Rodnei Leite.
I started in documentary, in Salvador. Filming people who did good things and weren’t seen. Fifteen years later, I do the same thing in a different format.

Orí
Orí means head in Yoruba. In Yoruba thought, the head holds who a person is: their character, their direction, their own strength. There's the outer head, the one everyone sees, and the inner head, which is who the person truly is.
That’s why it’s the symbol here. Almost every business has an inner head bigger than the outer one, and so it’s measured by the market average instead of what it actually is.
My roots are Yoruba, from the line that runs from Nigeria and Benin to Bahia. That's where my way of working comes from: I listen before I propose, check before I claim, and deliver work my clients can run without depending on me.
Three things I don’t do.
I'd rather talk before sending a quote. I only promise what's within my reach. I hand over your site so you can update it without having to call me. And when something isn't working, I say so plainly, because that's how your investment pays off.
